The BAUER Plug & Play separator system is a compact unit with all components installed in a very confined space. From the feed pump to the pipes and electronic controls. A small space-saving miracle with enormous performance which, when connected to the socket, immediately and efficiently separates the solid from the liquid phase.
The BAUER Plug & Play Separator System is a mobile unit that is quickly and easily moved to another location and is ready for use in just a few steps. The individual components are optimally matched to each other, guaranteeing stability and a long service life.
Equipped with a platform that can be adjusted up to 4.3 meters in height using hydraulic cylinders, the Plug & Play is now also available in an elevator version. This allows the separated solid material to be transported directly from the separator. This eliminates the need for cumbersome loading with a front loader or the setup of a conveyor belt, making the separation process even more efficient. With these improvements, BAUER once again sets new standards in separation technology and offers its customers innovative solutions for productive and flexible operations.
